The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our pediatric healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering accurate and user-friendly documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.
- Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and other resources to ensure consistency and quality of documentation.
- Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure technical documentation meets the needs of various stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize complex information into clear and concise documentation.
- Experience with technical writing tools and software, such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
