Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Writer to create comprehensive product documentation for evolving product features. This role demands the ability to manage concurrent projects and effectively collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a knack for understanding intricate technical details and translating them into clear, user-friendly content for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed documentation sets for new product functionalities.
• Revise and update existing documentation for feature enhancements.
• Coordinate documentation efforts with engineering and product management.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to style guides.
• Manage documentation deliverables within project timelines.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in DITA, Oxygen XML Author, and GitHub
• Strong English written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts and explain them clearly for end users

Industry Experience:

• Experience in software product documentation, particularly in technical environments, is highly preferred.
