This position performs moderate to complex analytical tasks to support electric operating districts in planning work to meet operational and financial goals.
- Provides technical writing, content management, editing, layout, and publishing support for policies, procedures, manuals, and presentations.
- Creates detailed spreadsheets for data evaluation and presentation.
- Participates in meetings with subject matter experts to clarify documentation needs and coordinates documentation requests.
- Develops methods to measure work performance and ensures efficient scheduling and completion of operations, maintenance, and capital projects.
- Contributes to process improvement initiatives, documenting changes to business processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer service.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant policies and performs related duties as assigned.
