ISO Documentation Coordinator
Pay: $30.00/hr
Duration One Year
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8AM-5PM
Location: Remote North Canton, OH 44720
Overview
The ISO Documentation Coordinator is responsible for planning, writing, illustrating, and releasing assigned documents while adhering to published standards. This role requires close collaboration with Technical Writers, Design Engineers, and Service Engineers to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
Job Description
  • Work independently to create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Develop clear and concise documents following established standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and writing teams to gather and verify technical information.
  • Ensure proper formatting and illustration of technical documents.
  • Manage document releases and revisions as needed.
Required Skills
  • Associate’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of four years of experience as a technical writer.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Background or training in Electronics or Electromechanical Technology.
  • Experience using Arbortext XML editor (preferred but not required).
  • Experience using ST4 editor (preferred but not required).
  • Working knowledge of Visio, Isodraw, CorelDraw, and Photoshop (preferred but not required).
