Support operational initiatives and project delivery efforts by driving process improvement, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Description:

Provides support for the Project Delivery team and operational initiatives. Completes process maps and maintains updates to procedures with an emphasis on change control. Troubleshoots and resolves issues, makes decisions to ensure on-time completion while remaining compliant to Plasma procedures and regulatory standards. Assists project leaders in defining, planning, and executing Plasma Project Delivery Department projects.

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and foster a philosophy of innovation, continuous improvement, and support company values.

2. Collect and analyze data to maintain and improve department quality, efficiency, and profitability

3.Create process flows as part of the Process.

4.Design and update the hierarchy on L2, L3, L4 and L5 process flow diagrams.

5.Utilize and maintain the Plasma processes to develop new center process documents.

6.Identify and collaborate with subject matter experts to support project definition and planning as required to successfully complete work assigned.
