The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating user guides and developing SOPs/process documentation that clearly support system users, operational teams, and business stakeholders. Required Qualifications (Must Have) Proven experience writing documentation for software systems Hands-on experience creating end-user guides and instructional materials Strong background developing SOPs, workflows, and process documentation Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation Experience collaborating with technical and business teams AI Knowledge (Important) This role does not require deep technical expertise in AI tools. However, candidates must demonstrate: Awareness and understanding of AI concepts Ability to think through documentation and SOP implications for AI-driven tools Experience writing guidance that could support bots or automated workflows (preferred) Understanding of how automation impacts user instructions and operational processes Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience in the healthcare or insurance ecosystem Familiarity with claims processing or customer service support environments Experience documenting automated or workflow-driven systems Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain software documentation, user guides, and process manuals Create and update SOPs aligned with system enhancements and business changes Work closely with SMEs, developers, and operations teams to gather accurate information Ensure documentation supports AI-driven and automated workflows where applicable Maintain consistency, clarity, and usability across all documentationL
