Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Technical Writer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL (Hybrid). The ideal candidate with experience developing, organizing, and maintaining structured documentation for AI tools and enterprise platforms to improve user adoption and knowledge sharing.
Rate Range: $41/Hour to $42/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Writer Job Responsibilities include:
Develop, organize, and maintain SharePoint-based documentation for AI tools, platforms, and enterprise applications.
Translate complex technical concepts, workflows, and AI-related processes into clear, user-friendly documentation.
Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and create accurate technical content.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, FAQs, troubleshooting documents, and process workflows.
Ensure consistency in documentation standards, formatting, tone, and content structure across all deliverables.
Continuously improve content based on user feedback, evolving business needs, and emerging AI-driven documentation practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in technical writing, documentation development, and content management.
Strong expertise in SharePoint documentation, content organization, and creating user guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and process documentation.
Ability to translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content while collaborating effectively with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $42.00 per hour
