Responsibilities include researching, writing, editing, and organizing content for various knowledge assets, collaborating with departments, gathering user feedback, and maintaining a knowledge base.
Qualifications include a BS/BA in a related field, at least two years of experience, proficiency with technical writing tools, understanding of Agile, and strong organizational and communication skills.
The role requires the ability to work independently and in teams, adapt to changing environments, and produce audience-focused content.
The position offers competitive benefits, with a salary range of $52,260 - $65,000, and is located in Texas with minimal travel.
