Job Title: Technical Writer

Role Summary
The Technical Writer develops, edits, and maintains IT documentation supporting OIS and
IRMD operations. This includes project documentation, requirements, SOPs, user guides,
communications, agendas, and reporting materials. The writer ensures clarity, accuracy,
and compliance with established IT policies while supporting PMs, analysts, and business
units.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain IT documentation (requirements, SOPs, user guides, project
artifacts)
• Prepare agendas, communications, and reporting materials
• Support PMs and analysts by documenting project deliverables and governance
artifacts
• Ensure documentation accuracy, clarity, and compliance with IT policies
• Maintain documentation repositories (SharePoint, Teams, Confluence)
• Assist with monthly reporting and deliverable preparation
Professional Experience
• Experience producing technical documentation in IT or business environments
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (communications, English, IT, or related field)
• Training or certification in technical writing is beneficial.
