How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Service Technician I, you’ll help keep material handling equipment operating safely and reliably—whether in our shop or at a customer site. Your work will directly support the people and businesses who rely on this equipment every day.

You’ll join a team that values safety, teamwork, continuous learning, and doing the job the right way.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and other material handling equipment, including engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, steering, and lifting systems

  • Perform inspections, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and routine maintenance to keep equipment running to manufacturer standards

  • Safely disassemble, rebuild, and repair components while following all company safety procedures and OSHA/DOT regulations

  • Complete service documentation, maintain parts and supplies, participate in technical training, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment

What You’ll Bring

  • Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • High school diploma or GED required; trade or mechanical school training preferred

  • 1+ years of forklift repair or related equipment experience preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, along with a valid driver’s license
