Technician – 2nd Shift (Boynton Beach, FL)

OurteamiscurrentlylookingforanexperiencedFleetTechnician–2ndShift to maintain our commitment to safety, reliability,andexceptionalcustomerservice.Inthisrole,thesuccessfulcandidatewillperformtruckrepairandmaintenanceworkinaccordancewithfactoryandindustrystandards,rundiagnosticsonvehicles,andworkcloselywithteammemberstosupportoperationalgoals.

PrimaryDutiesandResponsibilities

• Performsminorandmajorrepairsontrucksandtrailers.
• Conductsroutinepreventativemaintenanceonservicetrucks,includinginspections,tirerotations,andoilchanges.
• Collaborateswiththerepairteamtodiagnosevehicleissuesanddeveloprepairsolutions.
• Maintainsaccuraterecordsofrepairsandmaintenanceperformedonvehicles.
• Repairs,modifies,andperformspreventativemaintenanceonfleetvehiclesasneeded.
• Completesallpreventativemaintenancetaskstoensureequipmentoperatessafelyandefficiently.
• Troubleshootsandrepairsmechanicalmalfunctions.
• InspectsfleetvehiclestoensureDOTcompliance,includingbrakemaintenanceandsafetyinspections.
• Completesalldailyreporting.
• Maintainsequipment,parts,andsupplyinventoriesbymonitoringstocklevels.
• Preparesmaintenancereportsbycollecting,analyzing,andsummarizinginformationandtrends.
• Maintainsasafeandcleanworkenvironmentbyfollowingestablishedprocedures,rules,andregulations.
• AdherestoallCompany,DOT,andOSHAsafetystandardsandregulations.

• MondaythroughSaturday
• Hours:1:00PM–9:00PM
• Mustbeavailabletoworkaconsistentsecond-shiftschedule.

Education

• HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalentrequired.

ExperienceandCompetencies

• Minimumof2yearsoffleetmaintenanceexperience.
• Weldingandbodyfabricationexperienceisaplus.
• Abilitytoreadandcomprehendtechnicalreferencematerials,equipmentmanuals,andrepairdocumentation.
• ExperiencewithMicrosoftapplicationsanddiagnosticsoftware.
• Strongattentiontodetail.
