At Reno Harley-Davidson, we believe great Harley-Davidson technicians are developed—not found.
While many dealerships search for experienced technicians, we've built a structured, in-house Technician Development Program designed to train mechanically inclined individuals into professional Harley-Davidson technicians.
This is a paid, hands-on career development program where you'll work alongside experienced technicians, receive one-on-one mentoring, and gain the skills necessary to become a productive member of our Service Department.
If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy working with your hands, and want to build a long-term career, we want to hear from you.
No Harley-Davidson experience is required.
Our Technician Development Program provides a clearly defined career path from entry-level Apprentice Technician to Master Technician.
Unlike most dealerships, we invest in developing our own technicians through structured training, mentorship, and real-world experience.
