Job Summary:
As an assembly technician the primary focus will be the assembly and installation of cabinetry for our campervans. Quality assurance will be a vital component for this role to ensure the highest quality of standards have been met. The ideal technician assembler will possess passion for their standard of craft and the ability to apply ours.
Responsibilities:
- Cabinetry assembly and installation of furniture in campervans
- Review technical drawings/blueprints and execute with accuracy
- Prompts safe work practices through clean and tidy workspaces
- Perform quality integrity checks for potential or existing defects
Required:
- Assembly experience within the automotive industry
- Previous work history involving the interpretation of technical drawings/blueprints
- Physical ability to lift and handle materials safely
- Proven experience with assembly equipment, power tools and hand tools
- Commitment to quality and a strong attention to detail
- Understanding of manufacturing or production line process
- Understanding of safety protocols in a workshop setting or warehouse
Compensation
- $18.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
