Technician Assistant – Property Damage Restoration (Paid Training, No Experience Required)

PuroClean Hawaii is hiring Technician Assistants to support our 24-hour emergency property damage restoration team, responding to water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses across Oahu. No experience required — paid training provided.
What We Do
PuroClean is more than just water mitigation.
We specialize in full property damage restoration, including:
- Water damage & flooding
- Fire & smoke damage
- Mold remediation
- Biohazard & trauma cleanupWe are a 24-hour emergency response company, which means some nights, weekends, and on-call rotations are required — on-call schedules are posted one month in advance.
Pay, Training & Career Growth
- $18/hr during paid training (4–6 weeks)
- Training includes hands-on field work and classroom learning
- Paid IICRC Certifications (required for this career field)
Career Path (Fast Advancement):
- Technician Assistant Technician in 4–6 months
- Technician Lead Technician within ~12 months
- Supervisor opportunity within ~3 years
Promotions include pay increases and bonus eligibility.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with water, fire, mold, and biohazard remediation
- Set up, monitor, and remove professional drying and remediation equipment
- Load, prep, and maintain company vans and equipment
- Perform demolition and material removal when required
- Take photos and job notes using mobile software
- Communicate professionally with customers during stressful situations
- Maintain warehouse and equipment cleanliness

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Willingness to work on-call rotations (scheduled in advance)
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
