PetMedic is looking for an experienced Client Service Representative/Technician Assistant to join our team. At PetMedic, you can help shape the exciting new world of veterinary urgent care. Client Service Representative / Technician Assistant
PetMedic in Portland, Maine
$22.00-$25.00 hourly pay rate based on experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO (CSR)
Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner
Warmly greets clients and provide exceptional service
Entering new client information into the computer system
Following opening and closing procedures
Prepares client invoices for services performed
Handles payment transactions
Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly
WHAT YOU'LL DO (Technician Assistant)
Provide compassionate care to pet patients and their loved ones
Prepare and maintain the exam rooms and treatment areas
Maintain hospital cleanliness and stocking of supplies
Keep furry friends calm and still during procedures
Stock clinic treatment area and exam rooms, and inform inventory manager when supplies need to be ordered
Assist taking radiographs, small animal restraint, running lab samples obtained
Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Able to commit to evening shifts and one weekend day

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 year client service experience
Minimum of 1 year technician assistant or kennel tech experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills
