| The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 to $40.00. Flat Rate incentive may be available and could range from $70.00 to $80.00 dependent on certifications held. The position also may pay a production bonus on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmark is not met) without a fixed upper limit. |
