We are seeking an entry-level Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Technician to support workplace safety initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a dependable, coachable individual with a strong interest in hands-on safety work and a desire to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective, collaborate effectively within a team environment, and support personnel and business needs in a safe and professional manner.

Conduct routine workplace safety inspections in a cleanroom/manufacturing environment
Identify, assess, and document potential hazards
Enter inspection and safety data daily into applicable systems
Coach employees on safe work practices within the cleanroom
Conduct site safety orientation training for new employees
Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis
Serve as a point of contact for safety-related questions or concerns
Participate in site safety committee meetings
Maintain a professional and positive presence with coworkers, vendors, and visitors
Demonstrate enthusiasm, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Associate degree in a science, safety, or related field (preferred)
Safety experience and/or manufacturing experience preferred (semiconductor experience is a plus)
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
Work performed primarily in a cleanroom/manufacturing environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 33 pounds
May require bending, stooping, crawling, climbing, and extended standing
Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity required
Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes and safety glasses
