What You'll Do
- Oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance
- Multi-point vehicle inspections
- Battery, filter, and wiper replacements
- Fluid checks and basic maintenance services
- Maintain clean, safe work areas
- Accurately document services performed
What We're Looking For- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take coaching
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stay focused and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs and perform the physical demands of the role
- Strong work ethic
- Basic mechanical aptitude (schooling or experience a plus)
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Bonus points if you can drive a manual transmission
