What you'll do:

• Manage and prioritize exterior facility service projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform seasonal maintenance including landscaping, snow and ice management, and equipment servicing.
• Operate and inspect heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead third-party providers through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Implement sustainability upgrades and identify cost-saving improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit required reports and invoices.

What you'll bring:

• Skilled in operating and maintaining heavy machinery and powered equipment with adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to lead third-party providers, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain quality assurance inspections.
• Effective troubleshooting and customer service skills to resolve facility-related issues promptly.
• Competence in vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and documentation management.
• Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and integrity in all work activities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
