Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 3+ years of experience with conducting routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of trailer equipment
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Basic computer and mechanical skills
• Welding experience is a plus
• 
  

*Must bring own hand tools (large equipment is provided)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of tractor-trailers
• Perform routine safety checks and preventive maintenance
• Support welding, part replacements, and trailer rebuild projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations
• Support mechanics in delivering high-quality trailer service and repair
•
