Technician HVAC Duct Cleaner (2025-1152)

 

Role Overview

 

• We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining air ducts, vents, and HVAC systems to improve indoor air quality and system efficiency. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, values safety, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment that requires attention to detail and customer service.

 

 

 

What You Bring

 

• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, duct cleaning, or related field (preferred). - Experience operating negative air machines, air whips, rotary brushes, and vacuum systems (preferred). - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality. - Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, and crawlspaces. - Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - EPA Certification or HVAC experience a plus but not required—training provided.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Perform residential and light commercial duct cleaning using specialized equipment and tools. - Inspect and assess duct systems for cleanliness, leaks, or damage. - Clean and sanitize air ducts, registers, and HVAC system components (coils, blowers, plenums, etc.). - Assist with dryer vent cleaning, air filter replacement, and indoor air quality (IAQ) product installations. - Follow company and industry safety procedures, including PPE use and equipment maintenance. - Communicate effectively with customers about findings and recommended services. - Maintain accurate service records, time logs, and job documentation. - Work collaboratively with other HVAC and IAQ team members to deliver excellent customer experiences.
