  • Pay Rate: $30.43 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

Qualified candidates will join the SJM Remote Care Technical Support team in handling calls from patients and submitting orders for replacement equipment. Calls must be accurately logged, and data must be accurately entered using prescribed tools and processes. Calls handled may be incoming or outgoing, and proper handling of patient information is critical. Training and phone mentoring will be provided. This is a technical support role supporting the CardioMEMS group within a patient call-in center that can be high volume at times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients
  • Submit orders for replacement equipment
  • Accurately log all calls
  • Accurately enter data using prescribed tools and processes
  • Ensure proper handling of patient information
  • Provide technical support to patients and customers
  • Support the CardioMEMS group

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Required Experience

  • 1 2 years of experience; or an associate degree with 3 5 years of experience
  • Operational support background (sales/tech support) may substitute for medical experience
