Job Title: Construction and Maintenance Technician I

Purpose: Responsible for performing the full range of construction and maintenance activities on transmission systems and facilities. Perform such work as required by the company, regulator, safety procedures.

Accountabilities:

• Leak investigation and repair • May perform duties of crew lead, if needed • Construction order complete • Proficient at operating excavating equipment • Perform critical valve inspection • Stand-by, work shifts, holidays, weekends, emergency call out • Support other departments when needed • Service and construction helper • Must become familiar with the safety manual and work according to its intent while creating and maintaining a safe working environment • Responsible for the safe operation inspection of assigned company vehicles and equipment.

Demonstrate support for and adhere to the company's values, strategies, policies, and procedures and exhibits the core values of Liberty's mission statement, customer service, safety, and the company's code of conduct as an individual contributor and team member.

Performs other job-related duties as required.

Education and Experience:

High school Diploma or GED Proficiency in basic computer knowledge Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills Relevant gas experience Must have and maintain minimum Operator (OQs) and classroom training for the position Must have and maintain a Competent Person Certificate Requires active Class A CDL
