The Back Technician III position is a full-time, in-office role based at the Wheeling, WV location, requiring 37.5 hours per week.
Applicants need an associate's degree or equivalent and at least five years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include performing routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building infrastructure; diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues; executing carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance tasks; and coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs.
Must be able to work at various locations, including overnight travel and overtime if necessary.
Requirements include proficiency with hand and power tools, ladder and scaffolding use, a valid driver’s license, trade certifications, and compliance with industry regulations.
