ðâ¡ Not all vehicle installs are created equal.
One day you're wiring lights and sirens. The next, you're helping build the vehicle an officer will rely on during a traffic stop, pursuit, or emergency response.
MacQueen is looking for an Emergency Vehicle Installation Technician.
This isn't production line work.
This is for someone who:
ð§ Has 2+ years of experience in electrical wiring, vehicle electronics, installations, or an automotive technician role
ð§ Knows their way around low-voltage systems, 12VDC/110VAC wiring, and control systems
ð§ Takes pride in clean work and attention to detail
ð§ Can read technical documents and schematics without breaking into a cold sweat
ð§ Has experience soldering and crimping secure electrical connections
ð§ Is comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
ð§ Solves problems, stays organized, and adapts when priorities change
ð§ Communicates effectively and takes ownership of their work
ð§ Understands that when something isn't installed correctly, the stakes are higher than a check engine light
You'll be installing:
â Lights & sirens
â Radios & communications equipment
â Push bumpers
â Partitions & storage systems
â Other mission-critical equipment used by law enforcement and public safety professionals
The finished product doesn't sit in a parking lot.
It goes into service.
If you've got experience with vehicle electronics, low-voltage wiring, automotive electrical systems, upfitting, or emergency vehicle installations—and you're looking for work that actually matters—we should talk.
