Job Summary Technician responsible for performing manufacturing operations, complex rework, inspections, and quality control activities according to manufacturing documentation, drawings, and procedures.
Job Title: Technician Location: Irvine, California
Key Responsibilities
Perform manufacturing operations using conventional and digital machine tools.
Handle complex unit/component-level work and rework.
Inspect components, assemblies, and test setups according to drawings and procedures.
Perform manufacturing and final inspection activities as required.
Support operators and implement continuous improvement actions.
Identify and report issues with methods, tools, processes, and documentation.
Perform root-cause analysis and support Quality Notification (QN) actions.
Ensure QN transactions and tasks are completed and closed.
Liaise with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Raise NCs and CARs for non-conforming products.
Support product release activities and maintain required reports/records.
Required Skills
1 3 years of manufacturing/technician experience
Manufacturing process and inspection experience
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
Experience with quality/inspection processes
Knowledge of root-cause analysis and corrective actions
