Schedule:

Monday - Friday, Onsite

Pay Range:

$52.75 per hour

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Build and bring up RF test setups using attenuators, splitters, SMA cables, and RF test equipment.

• Calibrate RF test setups using Vector Network Analyzers (VNA).

• Verify signal routing and test configurations prior to engineering use.

• Support engineering teams with test setup modifications and troubleshooting.

• Manage lab equipment, tools, and inventory to ensure organization and availability.

• Track, label, and organize hardware boards across multiple development projects.

• Maintain inventory records using Excel or similar lab management tools.

• Coordinate equipment servicing and calibration activities.

• Support documentation needs for audits and compliance tracking.

• Maintain lab safety standards and proper equipment handling procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in lab operations and technical support environments.

• Hands-on experience building and supporting RF test setups.

• Experience calibrating RF environments using Vector Network Analyzers (VNA).

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.

• Experience maintaining inventory and equipment records.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical setups and support engineering teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Understanding of laboratory safety procedures and equipment handling practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Wireless SoC development environments.

• Experience working with RF hardware development teams.

• Familiarity with RF measurement methodologies and industry best practices.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment.

• Experience supporting compliance, audit readiness, and equipment calibration programs.

• Equivalent combination of education, military training, technical certification, and relevant RF laboratory experience will also be considered.
