Job Summary

The Landscaping Technician is responsible for maintaining the condition of all gardens, green areas, and outdoor spaces, ensuring they meet the aesthetic standards of the One&Only Moonlight Basin brand. This role supports the execution of all landscaping programs, contributing to creating a visually appealing environment for guests and colleagues alike.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance of gardens, green areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure optimal appearance

• Carry out planting, fertilization, cultivation, and reforestation activities

• Execute different types of pruning for trees, shrubs, and plants, according to hornicultural and seasonal needs

• Remove weeds to maintain soil health across landscaped areas

• Clean outdoor spaces, including pathways, ensuring high presentation standards

• Support landscaping efforts during adverse weather events, such as snow, hail, and rain storms

• Use landscaping

• Follow safety procedures in all tasks performed

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Landscaping or other members of management

Skills, Experience, & Educational Requirements

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or a related field

• Understanding of horticulture or agriculture practices

• Possess a drivers license

• Ability to consistently work outdoors in different weather conditions

• Ability to follow instructions given by leadership

• Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
