Responsibilities:
- General maintenance of all facilities and property.
- Identify deficiencies related to maintenance of facilities and property.
- Identify need for maintenance and repair of Table Games layouts and for maintaining, repairing, and replacing Table Games layouts.
- Identify the need for and perform mid- to advanced-level painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks required for proper maintenance and upkeep of the property.
- Identify and diagnose deficiencies with HVAC system, alarm system, and generators, and take necessary measures to correct deficiencies.
- Assist with developing preventive maintenance schedules and follow all such schedules.
- Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
- Keep work area in a clean and organized manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of HVAC system, alarm systems, and generators
- Ability to identify the need for and perform mid- to advanced level painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and other projects related to maintenance of the property.

Target Salary Range:
$23 - $25 an hour
