Knowledge using CMMS Software
Implement the preventive maintenance program for production machinery and equipment as directed by the Manager
Performing routine preventive maintenance
Maintaining the building equipment
Basic knowledge of calibrations
Assist in project work as assigned.
Understands and applies applicable quality system procedures.
References quality system documentation as appropriate.
Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
Follows safety practices and maintains housekeeping standards.

Able to use a computer to retrieve emails and other electronic information.
Knowledge and use of electronic systems such as Prism, Wonderware, SharePoint, and email.
Able to perform mechanical measurements

Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding. Able to crawl under space and confine space
Good hand/eye coordination.
Good housekeeping skills are a must.

Self-motivator; ability to work with limited supervision.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a craftsman, electromechanics, or maintenance technician experience
Board certification or equivalent experience in one or more of the following fields: electrical wiring, welding, HVAC maintenance, pipe fitting, or hydraulics.
Excellent skill in all major areas of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
Excellent skill in the repair of production equipment mechanical problems
Excellent skill in milling of metals, servicing of boilers, mechanical troubleshooting and/or electrical troubleshooting, compressed air equipment, and painting.
Thorough understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations as they pertain to plant operation and maintenance
Good experience with plant safety and fire protection systems.
Good experience using CMMS Software
