Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on GM vehicles according to factory standards.
- Accurately diagnose drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, and suspension concerns.
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and correctly.
- Perform inspections and preventative maintenance services.
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management.
- Maintain accurate documentation on repair orders.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Stay current on GM training and repair procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous Buick GMC / GM dealership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
