Lube Technician

Locations: Mission / McAllen / Palmview, TX

About the Role

As a Lube Technician, you will help keep customers’ vehicles safe and running smoothly by performing essential preventative maintenance services. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to grow their automotive skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and tire rotations
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings
• Check and top off essential vehicle fluids
• Inspect belts, hoses, batteries, and overall vehicle condition
• Assist with tire services and general shop tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate vehicle needs clearly with service advisors and customers
• Follow all safety procedures and shop standards

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and routine services
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and work in a hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Tire Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and repairs
• Complete vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Perform basic preventative maintenance services, including oil changes and fluid checks
• Inspect tires, belts, hoses, batteries, and other vehicle components
• Assist with general shop operations and maintain a clean workspace
• Communicate vehicle needs clearly with service advisors and customers
• Follow all safety procedures and shop guidelines
