This position is directly responsible for the loading and unloading of assembly stations which assemble HEV motors and /or generators while ensuring the quality and integrity of the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load/Unload production machines Inspect all parts for adherence to quality standards
- Inform appropriate parties of issues related to the quality of HEV product
- Perform any mechanical assembly required for specific station
- Maintain clean and safe work area at all times
- Experience working in high volume, high production environment
Education/Certification
- High school graduate or GED
- Associate's degree from an accredited Technical College preferred
Skills & Experience
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions
- Ability to perform necessary quality inspections
- Commitment to meeting production schedules
- Commitment to EH&S and quality compliance
- 2 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing plant using electromechanical equipment
- Must have experience using hand tools and inspection tools
Physical Requirements:
- May require long periods of standing and bending on a concrete floor
- Pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 40lbs
6:30 AM to 4:30PM with additional overtime as needed, possible weekend work as well.
Paying $16.50 - This is a contract positionV
