Technician Reliability & Test Engineering

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to perform reliability testing and characterization of advanced technology devices in our innovative organization. This role requires a hands-on approach in a lab environment, ensuring the integrity and performance of our products.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct reliability testing and characterize electrical and optical properties of devices.
• Perform testing in various environmental chambers and monitor equipment health.
• Maintain and ensure the functionality of testing chambers.
• Interpret instructions into actions and experimental outcomes using engineering and technical skills.
• Assist in troubleshooting tool/process issues and suggest improvements for performance goals.
• Compile and analyze test data from performed tests.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant technical experience, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in sample testing and device fabrication.
• Ability to learn operation, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with SQL/JMP is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in electronics, optics, or thermal processing is advantageous.

• Suggest improvements for enhanced productivity, safety, or performance.
• Comply with all company policies, including Environmental, Quality, and Safety standards.
• Domestic travel up to 10% may be required.
