    JOB OVERVIEW

    Performs disassembly and re-assembly steps with minimal instruction.

    Responsibilities: • Follows operation sheets, engineering drawings, and engineering change orders in completion of the re-assembly tasks. • Exercises care to ensure that each step in the process is completed correctly and that each re-assembly meets the quality specifications. • Notifies the appropriate personnel of any problems associated with the disassembly or re-assembly process. • Maintains records as required to charge direct labor time to specific product amounts. • Performs duties using a variety of hand tools and related production equipment. • Provides training and mentoring for other employees as required. • Performs other routine operations within fairly similar situations as required. • Provides written and/or oral communications concerning a variety of situations. • Keeps workstation, tools, and equipment in a neat and orderly manner. • Understands and complies with all Company, safety rules and regulations. • Engages and participates in a self-directed teaming environment.

    Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED + 3 years of manufacturing experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal) • Preferred Qualifications: • IPC-A-610 Certification • J-STD-001 Certification • IPC-7711 Certification

    JOB DEMANDS

    Work is performed in a Shop environment and requires the ability to perform extensive standing, driving, walking, and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 100lbs. with assistance. Must be able to bend, stoop, climb to reach materials, and work in a noisy environment.
