Schedule: M-F 7:00 am-3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $29.00 - $32.00 per hr. DOE
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Position Type: Full-Time
Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct safety and protocol walks, document findings, and drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Enforce cleanroom protocols, PPE compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain compliant signage across labs and support areas.
  • Manage FOUP/FOSB handling, storage, and reclaim shipments.
  • Perform facility checks, particle sampling, and inspection support.
  • Support customer visits, cleanup activities, and emergency response events.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, compliance, and operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous building cleaning or maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, officials, and the public.
  • Ability to learn job duties and acquire required skills through on-the-job training.
 

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
