Technician Supervisor Location: Devens, MA Competitive Pay | Full-Time We’re looking for an experienced Technician Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and oversee the daily operations of high-voltage manufacturing equipment. This role is critical to maintaining production efficiency and driving toward zero downtime. What You’ll Do Lead and manage a team of technicians in a technical operations area Maintain, repair, and improve manufacturing laser equipment Implement and oversee a preventative maintenance program Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Review technician work and production data for process improvements What We’re Looking For 5+ years industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and time management skills Ability to read electrical schematics (analog & digital) Experience with high-voltage equipment, power supplies, and industrial controls Knowledge of CNC programming and G-codes Familiarity with motion control systems (X, Y, Z, rotary drives) Proficient in using DVOM, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools Military service a plus
