Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience working in an R&D, validation, or test laboratory, with a proven track record of building, maintaining, and systematically tearing down complex electromechanical test setups. • 2+ years of experience in Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) wiring harness fabrication, assembly, and quality inspection. • Demonstrated experience in manual machining, custom prototyping, and fabricating test fixtures, mounts, or structural framing from CAD models, engineering drawings, or hand sketches. • Proven experience reading, interpreting, and troubleshooting from both electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings. • Strong working knowledge of high-voltage systems (208VAC–480VAC & 50VDC–1000VDC) and standard laboratory safety protocols, including ECPL (Energy Control / Power Lock-out) or LOTO.
