• Job Title: Electronic Engineering Technician
• Compensation: $20 – $23 per hour

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in electronic engineering or technician roles
• Strong hands-on experience with electronic components and PCB systems
• Proficiency in surface mount (SMT) and through-hole technologies
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Skilled in soldering, rework, and inspection using microscopes and precision tools
• Experience using diagnostic and test equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters (DMMs)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work and perform effectively in high-pressure environments
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in electronics or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BGA (Ball Grid Array) component rework and repair
• Background in prototype assembly, testing, and validation
• Familiarity with building and troubleshooting electronic test stations
• Knowledge of ECO (Engineering Change Order) processes and PCB repair techniques
• Experience working in a fast-paced engineering or lab environment
• Prior collaboration with engineering teams on product development or testing
