Annual salary $62,000-$120,000, based on experience

Waste Masters Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic Assistant to join our team! If you’re passionate about keeping trucks running smoothly and want to work in a supportive, high-integrity environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

· Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel trucks

· Maintain and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems

· Conduct safety checks and emergency service calls

· Use fleet maintenance software to document work and parts usage

· Keep a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment

✅What We’re Looking For:

· 3+ years of hands-on diesel mechanic experience

· Waste industry experience is a plus, but not required

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
