We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Demand and Supply Planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning tools such as Blue Yonder (BY), o9, or similar platforms. This role requires a strong blend of technical and functional skills, including integration experience and the ability to lead business discussions and manage end-to-end testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a techno-functional expert for Demand and Supply Planning processes.
Configure and support planning solutions using tools such as Blue Yonder (BY), o9, or related platforms.
Work on integration projects with both upstream and downstream systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Facilitate and participate in end-to-end testing, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Lead and support business discussions to gather requirements, provide solutions, and offer best practice recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a techno-functional role within Demand and Supply Planning.
Hands-on experience with planning tools such as Blue Yonder (BY), o9, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of planning configurations, system integrations, and process flows.
Ability to effectively manage cross-functional business interactions.
Experience in conducting and leading end-to-end testing and validations.e
