Job Description:
Job Overview
Plans production tasks and specifications, develop product, designs blueprint and process sheets, and establishes machining processes.
Job Requirements
- Troubleshooting the processes, evaluating and maintaining the specifications by observing and performing measurements, and detecting the cause of the malfunctions.
- Planing the machining by studying the blueprints and process sheets, coaching others to perform production tasks, and making tool adjustments for manual and computerized shop equipment.
- Managing the stock inventory, placing and expediting purchase orders, analyzing the forecast to determine the needed stock, and verifying stock receipt.
- Providing inputs in the design and implementation plans, ensuring safe operations, compliance with the standard safety procedures, and monitoring the quality checks.
What your background should look like
Typically requires 3-7 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
