Seeking a Chemist/Process Chemist for a laboratory-based R&D role focused on synthesizing organic compounds and polymers for lithographic materials development.
Responsibilities include conducting synthesis at lab scale, performing analytical testing (HPLC, GC, MS, NMR, etc.), documenting experiments, and preparing technology transfer packages. Ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards is essential.
Qualifications include a B.S./B.A. in Chemistry, proficiency with laboratory techniques, and experience with analytical methods. Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with a solution-oriented mindset. Experience with polymerization and process development is a plus.
