Must Have Skills:
Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Cloud, CRM functionality, and configuration (custom objects, workflows, validation rules).
Agile Methodology: Proven experience running Scrum teams, preferably with certification (CSM or PSM).
Tool Proficiency: Experience using Jira and Confluence for user stories and project tracking.
Communication: Strong ability to act as a translator between sales/business users and developers.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements (BA focus):
Elicit, analyze, and document business needs, turning them into user stories, Epics, and functional requirements within the Salesforce platform.
Map out process flows and perform impact analysis for enhancements, defects, and configuration changes.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support end-user training to drive adoption.
Maintain documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and data mapping.

Agile Leadership (Scrum Master focus):
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Remove blockers and dependencies, empowering the development team.
Oversee project planning, delivery timelines, and sprint velocity to ensure timely Salesforce releases.

10+ years
