Detailed JD:
Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as the role involves extensive client interactions.
Relocation to the client location is a MUST.
Good understanding of Production Support project workflows.
Experience with onsite-offshore coordination.
Ability to independently handle P1/P2 production support tickets.
Strong knowledge of the WMS domain.

Minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years of strong experience with Manhattan WMOS, preferably version 2017 or higher.
