Required Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with relevant technologies, products, or processes
- At least 1 year of direct support experience in these technologies (can be concurrent with above)
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
OR - 4 years of relevant work experience
OR - 2 years of relevant experience + Associate's degree in a related field
Core Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Identity Services Platform technologies
- Perform operational activities including:
- Break/Fix support
- Patching and upgrades
- Password rotations
- System maintenance and monitoring
- Participate in daily team syncs and collaborate across departments
- Support ongoing strategic projects aligned with core IS initiatives
Required Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
- Designing, building, and maintaining AD environments
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with:
- Delinea Secret Server
- RSA
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- ADHQ
- Quest RMAD
- Experience in security and compliance for applications and infrastructure
- Ability to write risk documentation
- Experience with PowerShell scripting or other automation/scripting languages
- Familiarity with automation pipelines for operational efficiency
