Salary Range: $70/hr on W2 to $75/hr on W2
Introduction
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. You will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 years of application development and implementation experience
- 2 years of Hadoop, Spark Programming, Hive experience
- 7 years of SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience
- 5 years of secure SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies experience
- 2 years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles
- 2 years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with secure application development
- Experience in producing Functional System Design Documents
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions to support key business needs
- Build and maintain high-quality, high-performance, scalable software
- Engineer Data Processing Flows, Stored Procedures, and Dynamic Reporting based upon pre-defined development models, languages, and standards
- Document and demonstrate solutions by writing documentation, diagrams, and code comments
- Debug and document existing systems through code analysis
