Technology and Data - Systems Operations Engineer 4 - Contingent

Introduction

The emphasis is shifting toward development rather than operations. This role will start off as a Java/AI developer for AI agents and then slowly move back into a DevOps type role.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Java knowledge, especially with Springboot.
• AI capabilities for analyzing code and advising developers.
• Experience with developer portals is a huge plus.
• Support application onboarding requests for new components.
• Capacity analysis and forecasting.
• Coordinate logs/observability.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Eager to learn and explore new technologies.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents to support platform operations.
• Build self-healing solutions for application teams.
• Develop AI agents that help developers solve issues and build/release changes.
• At deeper technical levels, developers will open tickets that AI can help analyze.
• Build automation that allows AI agents to integrate with internal Java teams.
