Notice is hereby given that the following position is available immediately in the Harper Creek Community School District, Battle Creek, Michigan.

Harper Creek Community School is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Technology and Event Support Technician to join our IT team. This position supports the day-to-day technology needs of the district and serves as the primary technical support for events.

Full-year position; 260 days; Non-Exempt/Hourly

Compensation commensurate with experience and education plus a comprehensive benefits package.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate Degree in related field or 2 years commensurate successful work experience of end-user computer and software support.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record as travel between buildings is required
• No special certifications are required. However preference is given to those individuals with one or more of the following:
• CompTIA A+ Certification
• CompTIA N+ Certification
• Microsoft Certification
• Cisco Certification
