<.>Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technology Architect to lead the architecture, governance, security, and roadmap initiatives for enterprise integration platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and highly available integration solutions while driving enterprise standards and best practices across API management, integration services, and middleware technologies.

This role requires deep expertise in enterprise integration architecture, High Availability Disaster Recovery (HADR), fault-tolerant systems, and modern integration patterns including SOA, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures.

<.>Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the enterprise integration architecture strategy and roadmap.
  • Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant, and disaster recovery-enabled webMethods solutions.
  • Architect scalable integration platforms aligned with SOA, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture principles.
  • Establish enterprise-wide governance, standards, and best practices for API Management, Integration Security, and Cryptography.
  • Provide technical leadership for middleware and integration platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Review and approve high-level solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust integration solutions.
  • Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies, regulatory standards, and data protection requirements.
  • Mentor development and integration teams on architecture standards, design patterns, and implementation best practices.
  • Support modernization initiatives involving cloud integrations, hybrid architectures, and digital transformation programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for platform stability, monitoring, automation, and operational excellence.
<.>Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in enterprise integration architecture and middleware technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise with webMethods Integration Platform and related components.
  • Experience designing HADR and fault-tolerant integration architectures.
  • Strong understanding of SOA, Microservices, API-led connectivity, and Event-Driven Architecture.
  • Expertise in API Management, Integration Security, Authentication, Authorization, and Cryptography standards.
  • Experience with enterprise governance frameworks and architecture review processes.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid integration models.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor cross-functional teams.
<.>Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with messaging platforms and event streaming technologies.
  • TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications are a plus.
